    Claire Paige Floral is the premier full service floral design company for fresh and rental wedding florals in the Triad area and beyond. Specializing in weddings allows us to have a singular focus on delivering our bride's vision for their wedding florals to wow their guests on their big day
  • How do faux floral rentals work?
    Browse our site to find the faux flowers that match your wedding style at a 50-70% discount vs real flowers. Complete the Inquiry Form noting which elements you would like to rent and any pops of color that you would like to add. After confirming availability, our team will send you an invoice to complete the checkout process. At checkout, you can choose to make full payment or place a 50% deposit to lock in your date. Our team will arrive and fully set up your faux florals at the time you noted the on day of your wedding and will pick up your faux florals after your reception.
  • Where are you located?
    We are located in Kernersville, NC. We serve clients within a 40 mile radius of our warehouse in Kernersville for faux flower rentals. We serve clients in the Triad, Raleigh/Durham, Charlotte, Asheville areas and beyond for fresh wedding florals.
  • Do you have a storefront?
    We do not have a storefront. Specializing in wedding florals allows us to utilize a design studio without a need for a storefront to pass the savings in operating cost on to our customers. We go through great lengths to show detailed photos of our faux florals so you know what they will look like when you walk down the aisle.
  • Can you visit in person?
    At this time we do not allow visitors to our warehouse or studio. Our detailed pictures provide accurate representations of the florals that we deliver to clients. We are always happy to answer questions or share information via email at hello@clairepaigefloral.com
  • Do the faux flowers look real in person?
    Yes! We hand select every stem that goes into our designs. We spent months sourcing our flowers from our premium suppliers to incorporate real touch florals into our designs. We are detail oriented and perfectionist and only want to supply our brides with the most gorgeous wedding flowers. Our flowers look fantastic in photos and even better in person.
  • Can I choose from different collections?
    Yes! You are welcome to mix and match. Please note your preferences on the inquiry form.
  • Can I add color to an existing collection?
    Yes! We are happy to add a complimentary pop of color to the Sydney Collection. We are happy to help match your desired vision for your wedding florals. Please note your wish to add color and which color on the inquiry form. Please not we are unable to remove flowers/colors from existing collections
  • Centerpieces
    All of our centerpieces come with the container that they are pictured with and are unable to be moved into a different container due to how they are made.
  • Additional Collections

  • Are your blooms water resistant?
    No, our blooms are not water-resistant. While our premium silk flowers are crafted with meticulous attention to detail and designed to mimic the beauty of real flowers, they are not designed to withstand water exposure. Exposing our faux flowers to water may cause colors to bleed or calls water damage, and could result in a damage fee.
  • Do you offer cake flowers?
    Yes! We sell the cake cluster bundles that coordinate with each of our collections. The cake clusters are for PURCHASE and will not be picked up with your other faux floral rentals. Purchase multiple bundles to achieve the cake design of your dreams!
  • Can I move my arrangements at my ceremony?
    Your arrangements can be moved by a member of our team or by an approved coordinator or planner. Our pillars are large and not easily moveable. Due to insurance reasons, no one outside of our team or a venue approved coordinator or planner can move the large arrangements to ensure coverage if our rentals or other's property is damaged.
  • How do I order?
    Simply browse our site to find the faux flowers that match your wedding style at a 50-70% discount vs real flowers. Complete the Inquiry form noting which elements you would like to rent and any pops of color that you would like to add. After confirming availability, our team will send you an invoice to complete the checkout process within 24 hrs (usually much sooner). At checkout you can choose to make full payment or place a 50% deposit to lock in your date. Our team will arrive and fully set up your faux florals at the time you noted the day of your wedding and will pick up your faux florals after your reception.
  • When is the deadline to make an order?
    We recommend making your order 4-6 months before your wedding date to ensure that you lock in the blooms, but at least 10 days out. If you are looking to book within 10 days, please complete the inquiry form and reach out to us at hello@clairepaigefloral.com
  • Is there a minimum order amount?
    Yes, our minimum order amount is $800 before delivery. We have this minimum in place to ensure timely delivery and ensure that our add-on items such as bouquets and centerpieces are available for our clients renting our pillars and large aisle arrangements
  • Do I need to make a deposit to make an order?
    You can secure your rental by making a 50% deposit or pay the balance in full.
  • When is my remaining balance due?
    Your final balance is due 30 days before your rental. If you rent your florals within 30 days of your wedding date, the full balance will be due.
  • Can I pick up my faux flower rentals myself?
    You cannot pick up or return your rental florals yourself. We take care of all of the delivery and pick up for you to allow you to focus on your big day. Our large arrangement are specially made and should only be handled by our team or an approved on site planner or coordinator.
  • Is there a damage deposit?
    We do not require a damage deposit but we will retain the card used for the rental to charge if our rentals are damaged or not returned. Any damage incurred to our product beyond natural wear while renting our items will be charged to your card in the amount of 2 times the rental price of the item. If an item is not returned within the rental agreement period of time, you will be charged 4 times the rental cost of the item and will be allowed to keep the item. Your credit card information is safely stored and will be deleted once the items are returned.
  • What if I need to cancel or move my date?
    We require a 90 day cancellation notice for faux floral rentals. In the event of a war, fire, tragedy, pandemic, natural disaster, or other emergencies within 90 days of your wedding/event, we will move your retainer free of charge to another date. We will do everything we can to work with you within reason to move your date as long as we have availability for your new date.
  • Is there a delivery charge?
    Delivery/set-up/pick-up within 20 miles of our warehouse in Kernersville is free! 20-30 miles is $50, 30-40 miles is $75. We will send you a custom quote for 41+ miles. If you have any delivery/set-up questions, please reach out to us a hello@clairepaigefloral.com
